Justin Fischgrund, P.E. is a Lecturer for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course in the Swanson School of Engineering. In addition, Justin currently serves as Director of Product Management at BJ's Wholesale Club. In this role, he leads the Product Management & User Experience (UX) Design Fulfillment Technology organization, responsible for defining the roadmap and strategic vision for all experiences, once customers checkout on the website. Throughout his career, Justin has prided himself on leveraging the fundamentals of Six Sigma in all initiatives. As for his background, Justin has served as an engineering & technology leader for the last decade, driving process improvement and cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions in a variety of industries, including Financial, Naval, Aviation, Railroad and Retail. Justin has a bachelor's & master's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Professional Engineering (PE) License in Industrial & Systems Engineering, and Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Certifications. Justin also holds a patent for a merchandise self service technology, which allows customers to understand inventory availability & request to try on, all without talking to an associate.
