Caroline M. Kolman is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of professional consulting experience a variety of industries, focusing on process improvement and cost reduction in healthcare. Caroline specializes in supply chain and P2P process improvements, and the use of data to drive decisions. Currently she is with Vizient , Inc, a Group Purchasing Organization and advisor to over 4,000 hospitals in the United States. Some of the consultancies Caroline has previously worked for include Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, Huron Consulting, Navigant (Guidehouse) and AArete. Additionally, Caroline was an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering, teaching Industrial Engineers to apply analytical methods to healthcare management and issues, and advised students on projects, internships and career strategies. Caroline has a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a registered Professional Engineer in States of North Carolina and Arizona, and is a Visiting Committee Member for the University of Pittsburgh School of Industrial Engineering. She has also served on the NCEES Industrial & Systems Engineering Exam Development Committee.

Robert Pudlo

Robert Pudlo, worked at FedEx Ground located in Pittsburgh for nearly 35 years before retiring in December 2023 with 25 years in executive leadership roles and 10 years of Industrial Engineering experience. Most recently, he was Vice President- Operations Support & Engineering, managing Real Estate, Facilities Project Engineering, Maintenance Engineering and Operations Technology & Innovation. While at Fedex Ground, Robert forged a strong relationship with the University of Pittsburgh IE department through support of Senior Design Projects and co-op programs. Robert is active in Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) at the national and local level. He is Past Chair of IISE’s Industry Advisory Board and represented the group on IISE’s Board of Trustees. In May of 2021, Robert received the IISE Fellow Award, the highest classification of membership which recognizes outstanding leaders of the profession. Robert was also a recipient of the IISE Captains of Industry Award in May 2023 for his contributions to the Industrial engineering profession as a distinguished corporate leader throughout his career. He has a MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toledo; a BS in ISE from Pennsylvania State University. Robert resides in Cranberry Twp with his wife, volunteers within the community and is an avid runner.

Doug Rabeneck is a Partner and Managing Director in West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice and focused on helping clients drive business performance improvement. Doug received both his BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. After initially working in engineering and operations roles at United Parcel Service for 8 years he transitioned to the consulting industry and has spent the last 28 years working for H.B. Maynard & Co, Accenture and now West Monroe. Doug has been heavily involved with IISE for over 25 years and served the institute in multiple senior leadership roles including CFO and President.

Andy is a Sr. Director in SAS’ Global Professional Services & Delivery organization. He leads the Americas Consulting Engagement Strategies, Planning, & Partnering group where he and his staff work with Executives to build, shape, and deliver companies’ visions of how AI/ML and other analytic solutions can improve business outcomes. Andy received his BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Having started first as a Production Engineer in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and then as an Operations Research Analyst in Transportation and Logistics, he has spent the last 25 plus years in the software industry consulting for companies such as Systems Modeling, i2 Technologies, Rockwell Automation, Innovative Systems, and SAS.
Matt Tokorcheck

Matt Tokorcheck is Vice President, Operations Support & Engineering for FedEx. He is based in Pittsburgh, Pa. Matt has more than 17 years of experience with the company. After a brief internship with the U.S. Department of Defense, he joined FedEx Ground in 2006 as an Engineer. Since 2006, he has held various management and executive roles in Operations Engineering, Strategy, and HR within FedEx before assuming his current position as Vice President, Operations Support & Engineering in 2019. In this role, Matt has overseen Last Mile Delivery strategy and execution, Data Science and Advanced Analytics, and FedEx Ground's implementation of Agile software development practices. Currently, Matt is the officer co-lead of “Network 2.0,” FedEx’s operational integration of Air and Surface operations in North America. Matt earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently a Trustee for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and a member of the Board of Visitors for the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School Department of Industrial Engineering. Matt is a cancer survivor and an advocate for mental health in the workplace. An avid Pittsburgh sports fan, Matt served as a backup mascot for the Pittsburgh Penguins while in college. He and his wife Alyssa, also an executive at FedEx, reside in the Pittsburgh area.
