From the distant lands of San Jose, California, Alex has begun his undergrad in engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. He joined the Jacobs Research Lab in winter 2023 and is now assisting in the research of topography’s effects on surface adhesion. His hobbies include playing music, bouldering, and hiking.
