2012 Mid-Atlantic Regional Competition: Stevens Institute of Technology
The 2012 regional competition was held at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. Six members of our team traveled to represent the university and placed 1st amongst 15 teams. The competition participants included Carnegie Mellon University, University of Virginia, Bucknell University, Rutgers University, University of Maryland College Park, John Hopkins University, and the Stevens Institute of Technology among others.
2012 National Competition: David L. Lawrence Convention Center
The 2012 National Competition was hosted right here in Pittsburgh at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Our team performed alongside 34 others, with Cornell University ultimately taking home first first prize.
2011 National Competition: Minneapolis Convention Center
Our team earned a top 10 finish and was featured in a brochure outlining outstanding achievements from Swanson School of Engineering students and faculty!
2011 Mid-Atlantic Regional Competition: Penn State University
Our team earned a 2nd place finish in the car competition and a 3rd place finish in the poster competition!
