Faculty members in the Swanson School of Engineering have faculty profiles available to them through PeopleSoft. For new faculty members, the profile becomes available on the first day of September as the new contracts start.
The SSOE web team has linked the Swanson School of Engineering website to FIS so that faculty can populate and manage their profiles. When an edit is made in Elements, the changes will automatically synchronize to your corresponding faculty profile.

(Note: one of these tips includes setting up an ORCID ID through Pitt Library to link your FIS profile to your publications. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you register for an ID. Visit https://www.library.pitt.edu/orcid for more information.)
