The Swanson School of Engineering will host 6 departmental ceremonies the weekend of April 28-30. The Order of the Engineer will also be held that weekend and will not conflict with any of the departmental ceremonies or Commencement.

Graduate Commencement for all PhD and MS grads from all disciplines will also be held that weekend and will not conflict with any other ceremony.

Pitt will host an in-person University-wide commencement ceremony for undergraduate student candidates at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 30, at the Petersen Events Center. Those who earned bachelor’s degrees during the academic terms of August 2022 and December 2022, and those who are candidates for bachelor’s degrees in April 2023, will receive an invitation via their Pitt email accounts in early March.

STUDENTS: Please check your Pitt email for information.

PARENTS: Please note that it is the student's responsibility to complete all registration information, including number of guests and number of wait list requests.
