This 1 credit course is designed to provide beginning graduate students with the skills needed to navigate the corporate workplace that they will soon enter. The colloquium will focus on topics such as work ethics, professionalism, communication, and presentation skills. The lectures will consist of a mix of pedagogy, guest speakers and in-class discussions and assignments.
