overview

Fourth year PhD student in the Wilmer Lab developing new tools for molecular materials discovery and structure generation. Applying these tools by investigating the interfacial surface chemistry of novel ionic liquids on a silica substrate to explore the effects of surface roughness on the behavior of said ionic liquids.

Previously in the Keith Lab utilizing quantum chemical methods to explore and quantify the inermolecular interactions that allow polymer crystalline hydrates (PCHs) to form in order to develop design principles for designing new PCHs for various applications.
