Collaborating with Paul Ohodnicki to utilize acoustic emission via fiber optic sensing to monitorstress corrosion cracking initiation and progression of materials exposed to molten saltenvironments.

Hydrogen Embrittlement and Stress Corrosion Cracking of Structural Materials

Multiple projects are ongoing that focus on understanding the hydrogen embrittlement and stresscorrosion cracking behavior of various structural materials, including copper, nickel, iron,aluminum, and zirconium-based alloys.
