Mr. Sebastian has more than 40 years of management experience in the construction industry and has worked on a wide array of projects from initial development through to project completion. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the National Construction Excellence Peer Review Program with both the GSA (General Services Administration) and the VA (Veterans Administration).
His experience ranges from multi-million dollar hotels and resorts to courthouses, correctional facilities, aviation facilities, educational facilities, hospitals and military projects. The types of projects have included design-build, general construction and construction management delivery methods for both public and private clients.
He has played a key role in the development and construction of numerous notable projects nationally and internationally. Including, among others: PNC Park in Pittsburgh, The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. and the restoration of Union Station in Washington, D.C.
