Undergraduate Admissions
Admission to the Swanson School of Engineering is managed by the University's Office of Admissions. All incoming engineering students apply as Engineering Undecided and complete a shared first-year program before declaring a major.
Transfer Students
The Swanson School welcomes transfer applicants from other institutions and from other schools within Pitt. Transfer students are evaluated based on their academic record and readiness to complete their chosen engineering program.
