We are interested in research related to the clinical application and development of Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) devices. The overriding goals of this research are to maximize the benefit and minimize the complications associated with the use of MCS therapy. This work includes both the laboratory testing of MCS devices under simulated clinical hemodynamic conditions and the study of clinical data obtained from patients supported with MCS devices.
